⚽️ Important notice for all football members
Since you selected the Football department in your membership application, you must also complete the player pass application for the Württemberg Football Association (wfv). Only then are you officially allowed to take part in league matches.
Please download the appropriate PDF form for this:
- 📄 Application for a first-time player permit (for players who have never played in a club before)
- 📄 Application for a club transfer (for players who were previously active in another club)
🔸 Important: Only one of the two forms needs to be filled out.
🔸 Please complete all fields, sign the form, and attach a recent passport photo. (A selfie is fine for now – we’ll be happy to take a new one later.)
🔸 Send the completed form digitally by e-mail to Nicole:

The original form must then also be handed in afterwards.
Since the wfv may take several days to weeks to process the application, we recommend submitting the player pass application together with your membership application – this makes everything much faster. 🙌
